How do I get paid through Sugrl?
Clients pay during the booking process and Sugrl releases the money to you the same day. You choose how you want to receive payouts: stablecoins (USDT or USDC) sent to a wallet you control, or a deposit into your bank account. Stablecoin payouts land in your wallet within minutes of the booking being confirmed. Bank deposits leave Sugrl on the same day, and your bank typically credits the funds the next business day. Every payout, every fee, and every booking is in your dashboard, exportable as a CSV any time you need it.
When does the money land in my account after a booking?
Same day for stablecoin payouts, next business day for bank deposits. The moment a booking is confirmed, Sugrl releases the funds. If you take payouts in USDT or USDC, the transfer to your wallet happens within minutes. If you take payouts to a bank account, the money leaves Sugrl the same day and your bank usually makes it available the next business day, depending on local clearing rules. There is no weekly hold, no rolling reserve, and no waiting for a payout cycle to close.
What happens if a customer disputes a transaction or files a chargeback?
Sugrl absorbs the loss, not you. Because we run an ID and payment-method check on every client before they can complete a booking, disputes are rare in the first place. If one does happen anyway, the money is already in your wallet or your bank account, and Sugrl is responsible for the disputed amount. You keep the payout. Our payment partners underwrite adult work on purpose, which is the part mainstream processors like Stripe and PayPal refuse to do. The booking record and screening evidence stay attached to the dispute, but the outcome does not change what you were already paid.
What information does Sugrl share with my clients?
Only what you choose. Clients see your work name, your page, your photos, your rates, and the booking confirmation. They do not see your legal name, your bank, your home address, your phone number, or your personal email. Your real name is used once for the legal identity check that every payment partner requires, and it is never displayed on your page or shared with anyone outside that check. If you decide to share your real name with a trusted regular, that is your call.
Will my bank statement show that I work as an adult worker?
No. Every payout to your bank arrives with the descriptor "Personal Transfer." That is the same descriptor on every payout, every region, every time. To your bank and to anyone who later looks at your statements (a mortgage lender, an accountant, a family member) it reads as a normal incoming transfer. This matters because banks and card issuers in many regions still close accounts when they spot adult-industry descriptors, and you should not have to lose your bank because of how a payment is labeled.
What does it cost to use Sugrl?

Will my real name appear in a Google search of my page?
No. Your Sugrl page is indexed under your work name only. Your real name lives in our encrypted onboarding record and never appears in the page source, the page URL, image metadata, or any tag a search crawler can read. We also strip EXIF data (camera, location, timestamp) from every photo you upload, so a reverse image search cannot quietly trace a photo back to your phone, your hotel, or your house.
How does client screening work on Sugrl?
Every client who wants to book you passes a verified ID and payment-method check before they can send a booking request. You can also ask for extra screening info (employer email, P411 or Date-Check membership, a reference from another worker) and set your own rules per client. On top of that, Sugrl checks every booking attempt against our shared blacklist. If a client has been flagged on the platform before, they are blocked from booking again. We keep a digital footprint (phone, email, payment method, device fingerprint) for every flagged client, so the same person cannot quietly come back under a new handle.
Can a client send me a gift without learning my home address?
Yes. Gifts go to a Sugrl-managed forwarding address tied to your work name. We open, photograph, and forward the package to whatever address you give us. Your home address never appears on a shipping label, a return slip, or an Amazon order confirmation. There is no platform fee on gift forwarding. You pay only the actual cost of postage from our warehouse to you.
What happens if I want to block a specific client?
Sugrl maintains an active, shared blacklist that workers around the world contribute to. You block a client in one click and they cannot see your page, contact you, or book again under any new handle. You can also add a phone number or email to the blacklist for a client you saw outside Sugrl, so the warning protects every other worker on the platform. If another worker has already flagged that client for a safety reason, the block is shared automatically across the whole platform, with no identifying info attached to the flag.
How do deposits and no-shows work?
Clients pay the full session fee upfront, not a deposit. The money is released to you the same day the booking is confirmed, so there is nothing left to chase after the appointment. If a client does not show up, the decision to refund is yours. Sugrl handles the refund processing on your behalf, so your bank account, your wallet, and your personal info are never exposed to the client. You tell us to refund, and we do the rest. Any refund you do issue is sent back through the same private channel the original payment used.
Can I set up monthly subscriptions for my regulars?
Yes. You can offer a fixed monthly plan at any price you set, and the subscription options appear on your public Sugrl page so any visiting client can see and choose one. The client's card is charged on the same day every month, and the payout flows through the same private channel as your bookings. You can see who is active, who lapsed, and how much each subscriber has paid lifetime. You can also adjust the perks of a plan over time and use the built-in messaging tools to walk a regular through what the subscription unlocks before they commit.
Will Sugrl freeze my account because I work in the adult industry?
We work hard to keep your account active, and the structure of how we pay you out is the biggest reason it stays that way. Sugrl processes payouts daily and sends the money the same day as the booking, straight to your main bank account or stablecoin wallet. Funds do not sit on the platform building up exposure, so there is almost nothing for a freeze to catch. We also partner only with processors and banking providers that already serve the adult industry openly, so the category is never a surprise to them. If a partner ever does ask a question, you hear from a real person on our team, not a silent algorithm.
Does Sugrl issue tax forms like a 1099 for my income?
Sugrl does not issue 1099s, W-2s, or other tax forms directly. What we do give you is a clean, exportable CSV of every booking, payout, fee, and tip on your account. Hand it to your accountant or import it into the bookkeeping tool of your choice. Many adult workers go years without good records because their old platforms refuse to provide any. With Sugrl you have a complete transaction history any time you need to file, respond to an audit, or apply for credit. When will Sugrl launch in my country?

We do not send marketing email between now and then.
